What We Provide
Every chemical propulsion driven satellite requires a fluid stand to complete mission critical testing procedures as well as load the system with propellant and simulants. We provide a solution for both of these challenges.
Our test stands are custom tailored to your spacecraft with customer security and satisfaction as our top priorities. The design process begins by determining your needs through P&IDs and CAD to procurement, build, and test. Keeping you included every step of the way ensures we can deliver the best possible product for the job.
All of our pressure stands are manufactured in a ISO rated clean room by trained aerospace technicians. They are built with cleanliness, usability, safety, and compliance with industry standards in mind. All of our stands undergo rigorous acceptance testing prior to shipment to ensure success. These stands are rapidly interchangeable for different fluid medias and can be built for a variety of fluids.
Upon completion of your stand, we will travel to your location and provide in depth training on how to use and integrate our stands with your spacecraft. We also provide cleaning, setup, and checkout procedures for your convenience. Training documents will be provided as well.
